The experience
What to expect on a sim day
Hour-by-hour, what your day actually looks like.
You'll typically arrive between 09:00 and 09:30, sign in, meet the team, and have a coffee and bacon roll. The host will brief you on safety, the running order of the drives, and any house rules.
The day usually has 4–6 drives separated by short walks (or a Land Rover hop) between stands. Each drive lasts 15–25 minutes. Between drives there's elevenses, and a sit-down lunch around 13:00.
The day finishes mid-afternoon. With ClayDays venues, you'll get your scorecard and footage by email a couple of days later.
