Who we are

ClayFlight provides the cameras, scoring and reels used on clay shooting days. For a day booked through Clay Days or a shooting ground, that business and ClayFlight each look after the data they need to run it.

What we collect

Your name and email address, which the booking or the ground gives us so we can send your scorecard and reel. The video and audio recorded by the camera on your gun while you shoot, and the scores worked out from it. Anything you send us through the contact form.

Why we collect it

To score your shots, build your scorecard and reel, show the leaderboard on the day, and email your results to you. We may use footage to improve how accurately we score shots.

Who sees it

You, the people in your group who share a leaderboard with you, and the ground running your day. Your reel is not posted anywhere unless you share it. Our service providers (hosting, storage and email) handle data for us under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep scorecards and reels so you can watch and download them again. Ask us and we will delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@clayflight.com.
